Caitlin is a communications, marketing and engagement specialist with a background in public relations and communications consultancies in London and Sydney. Caitlin has a strong commitment to achieving outcomes for the public good and has held senior roles within the NSW public sector.
Caitlin has superior analytical, communication and project management skills and extensive experience in community and stakeholder engagement in both metropolitan and rural and regional areas. Caitlin always strives to deliver the highest levels of quality in both project outputs and client relationship management.
Andy Vidler, Executive Consultant

Andy has more than 22 years’ experience working with all three tiers of government plus a range of private organisations in the professional services, finance, legal and technology sectors.
Having held senior roles in the NSW Government and designed and implemented business strategies for a number of start-ups, small and medium businesses, and large corporate organisations Andy has an equally sound understanding of the perspectives of government and industry.
Rachel Summers, Senior Finance Consultant

Rachel’s background in financial services includes the establishment and implementation of financial strategies, plans and policies to ensure sound and pragmatic financial performance for both private and non-profit clients. She has comprehensive understanding of the need to measure and report financial outcomes and has completed complex due diligence reports and cost benefit analysis for multi-million dollar projects.
Rachel uses a blended analytical approach to calculate and report cost benefits and social return on investment, to ensure that both social and economic returns can be assessed and reported to clients.
