Muller Enterprise is proud to have supported Kyogle Council in the recent review and updating of it’s Community Strategic Plan (CSP). The updated CSP was formally adopted at the August 2025 council meeting, providing a shared, long-term vision for the future of the Kyogle LGA.

The review of the previous CSP, which Muller Enterprise originally developed for Council in 2022, involved face-to-face and online consultation, giving residents, community groups and stakeholders multiple opportunities to share their ideas and shape the direction of the plan.

Muller Enterprise has delivered strategic consultancy services to Kyogle Council for more than a decade and we are thrilled to have been once again brought the community’s voice to the heart of council decision-making.
